GREAT DAY UPON THE HIGH SEAS WITH PLENTY OF WIND GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. AFTER TAKING CONTROL OF THE SHIP AT 1300 FOR COMMAND DAY, WE SET SAIL FOR LADY JULIA PERCY ISLAND. WITH THE WINDS WORKING AGAINST US WE MADE HASTE TO TWO OF THE THREE WAYPOINTS AND SUCCESSFULLY MADE IT BACK TO PORTLAND WITH ONE MINUTE TO SPARE. WE ALSO MANAGED TO COMPLETE THE ASSIGNED TASKS WITH FLYING COLOURS BREAKING TWO YOUNG ENDEAVOUR RECORDS IN THE PROCESS. GOOD TIMES HAD BY ALL, HI MUM DAD SARAH TOM AND PEACE TO ALL MY HOME BOYS. YOUTH CREW CAPTAIN JONO

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE YOUTH CREW WHO PUT IN AN AMAZING EFFORT OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS. IT WAS AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. SPECIAL MENTION GOES OUT TO THE CHEFS ANGE, TOM AND ASH WHO KEPT US WELL FED AND ALSO TO THE YOUTH CREW WHO MANAGED TO CONSTRUCT THE FASTEST HAMMOCK I'VE EVER SEEN THAT HELD 21 PEOPLE, IN UNDER 20 MINUTES. A BIG HI TO TRINA MUM AND DAD, I'LL SEE YOU ON THURSDAY. XO PETE

SO HAPPY TO BE SPENDING THE SECOND HALF OF THE VOYAGE NOT SICK, ABLE TO ENJOY THE SUN AND WIND. COMMAND DAY WAS GREAT WITH EVERYONE HELPING TO MAKE THE SHIP RUN SMOOTHLY. HUGS AND KISSES TO MUM AND DAD, AND A SPECIAL HI TO MEGAN WHO I CANT WAIT TO EXCHANGE STORIES WITH. DECKY JESS

THE LAST 2 DAYS HAVE BEEN EXCITING ABOUT TAKING COMMAND OF THE SHIP FOR 24 HOURS IT WAS ABIT OF A CHALLENGE BUT WE ALL GOT THROUGH IT. HI MUM AND DAD HAVE GREAT TIME. SEE YA SOON
