The Young Leaders Program provides team training and leadership skills development for young staff. This program was recently utilised by the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), to develop essential skills in ADFA officer cadets. Suited to a range of organisations, this package can be delivered for up to 21 staff aged up to 26 years.
