who's who

Who makes the Young Endeavour all happen? It's quite a crew:

Jennifer Reilly : Marketing Manager

Jennifer joined the team in January 2009 for Young Endeavour\'s circumnavigation of Australia. She looks after media, marketing and business development, including the Youth Ambassador program, Community Scholarships and the Admiral 100 Club. Jennifer sailed from Townsville to Cairns in Young Endeavour with the youth crew of V10/09, and has also sailed on Sydney Harbour, the Derwent River and in the Whitsundays.

Kirsten Wiley : Business Manager

Kirsten joined the team in June 2007, having escaped the public servant mecca of Canberra. Kirsten looks after the finance and business aspects of the YEYS, so if you are late paying, she will be the one harassing you. Kirsten completed a voyage from Bundaberg to Brisbane in August 2007. She had a great time but it is lucky she is a bean counter, because she was useless at sailing!!

Sophia George : Voyage Coordinator

Sophia joined the team in 2011 after working in Fleet Hedaquarters with the Department of Defence. Sophia is responsible for the coordination of Young Endeavour voyages and is particularly interested in the youth engagement and development side of things. Sophia has a Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Hons) and is currently completing a Master of International Studies.

Martin Radunz : Voyage Program and Plans

Martin is an officer in the Navy Reserve, and started with the Scheme in May 2010. Martin develops the five year forward voyage plan and looks after special projects and contract management. He is currently redeveloping the YEYS website.

Blue Ingram : Voyage Coordination Assistant

Blue joined the Young Endeavour office as a part-time Reservist, and is the first point of contact for all youth crew enquiries. Blue collects all your forms, will send you information on your Voyage, and often meets the ship on voyages arriving and departing from Sydney. Blue is in the office Monday to Thursday each week.
