SAIL YOUNG ENDEAVOUR
Are you between 16 and 23 years old? Looking for a challenge?
A voyage aboard Young Endeavour is an awesome experience, and one which will give you skills for life. The Royal Australian Navy crew will teach you how to sail a square-rigged vessel, including how to navigate, keep watch, take the helm, cook in the galley, tie knots, work aloft and even take command.
Not only that, you will develop teamwork, leadership and communication skills, work with disadvantaged youth and meet people from around the country.

INTERNATIONAL TALL SHIP FESTIVAL 2013
In 2013, tall ships from around the world are sailing to Australia to celebrate the centenary of the first entry of the Royal Australian Navy Fleet into Sydney. The Australian Sail Training Association will welcome the international tall ship fleet to festivals in Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Sydney and Auckland.
Over 1,000 berths are available for crew of all ages to join the tall ships for ocean passages and coastal voyages in Australia and New Zealand. Take a holiday with a difference - learn new skills, meet new friends and set sail for the adventure of a lifetime. No sailing experience is required.
