Corporate Training Day 
For an exhilarating team building experience with a difference, host a training day aboard the tall ship Young Endeavour. Foster team work, leadership and communication skills, and develop positive working relationships within your team. Learn to sail a square-rigged vessel and challenge your team to climb the 30 metre mast - an experience they will never forget. The training program is led by members of the Royal Australian Navy who are individually selected to crew Young Endeavour, and includes activities specific to sail training, such as sail handling, rope use, helming, navigation, and climbing aloft (subject to weather conditions). The day includes lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea for up to 30 people.

Social Sailing
Enjoy a unique social day, sailing on the tall ship Young Endeavour. Perfect for entertaining clients or rewarding staff. The day includes lunch and refreshments for up to 40 people and three hours sailing. Guests may participate in sail handling or enjoy a leisurely cruise. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included and may not be served while the ship is underway.
