TWENTY FOUR YOUNG AUSTRALIANS JOINED AT DOCKSIDE MARINA, BRISBANE FOR THEIR ADVENTURE UNDER SAIL. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR DEPARTED MID MORNING BOUND FOR MORETON BAY TO ANCHOR OVERNIGHT. THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES
COMMENCED WITH SHIP TOURS, FOLLOWED BY A SAFETY DEMONSTATION, ICE BREAKERS, BEFORE THE HARNESS AND CLIMBING ALOFT BRIEF. ALL YOUTH CREW SUCCESSFULLY LAIDED ALOFT, UP AND OVER THE LOWER TOP. A MARVELLOUS ACHIEVEMENT SO EARLY IN THE VOYAGE. THE CHEF HAD PREPARED A MAGNIFICENT BBQ DINNER ON DECK FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY. OVERNIGHT ALL
WATCHES CONTINUED TO PROGRESS IN CLIMBING ALOFT AND IN SOME CASES REACHING THE TOP GALLANT YARD. AT 0630 IT WAS ALL HANDS ON DECK FOR A MORNING JOG AND DECK GAMES. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR DEPARTED THE ANCHORAGE AND MOTOR SAILED TOWARDS CALOUNDRA TO CLEAR THE BAY. ALL VERY WELL WITH HEALTHY APPETTITES.
