During the early hours of this morning Taff and the members of Blue Watch in only 3kts of wind managed to ‘wear ship’ and round our third waypoint then successfully shaped a new course to the north east and the fourth waypoint.

Following an eventful night of rain, wind shifts , sail setting/furling, tacks and wears we now all fully understand the excitement and sometimes the frustrations of Tall Ship racing.

Well we are back at sea again following our fantastic visit to Kristiansand, it really is great to be back with the Worlds Tall Ships and everyone is making Young Endeavour and her Crew feel really welcome.

Well we have now officially crossed the North Sea and are now sailing along the picturesque coast of Norway.

Well overnight our great run with the weather officially finished when the wind strengthened to over 30kts and the swell quickly increased to 2m.

We have continued to be blessed with good weather and favourable winds and during the past 24hrs we have continued to make good speed across the North Sea to Kristiansand.

The weather has continued to be kind and we are still enjoying our passage across the North Sea.

Following a short but extremely successful visit to Lowestoft we are now back at sea and have commenced our passage across the North Sea.

Just after 2300 last night we completed our long pilotage out of the Thames then farewelled our Pilot.

Following an extremely successful visit to London we departed St Katharine Docks at just after 1500 this afternoon and are now conducting our long pilotage out of the Thames.
