Ahoy shipmates and welcome to day 11.It’s Dion here again to provide our final update from this magnificent voyage. Last night we finished of with some end of voyage admin…QC, voyage page and letters to themselves that will be posted out to the Youth Crew in 6 months for reflection on their time in Young Endeavour. It has been a pretty amazing adventure; Fitzroy Island, Hinchinbrook Island and the magnificent Zoe Falls, Magnetic Island, a mid ocean swim, Manta Ray Bay and Stonehaven Bay, Hook Island, Cid Harbour and Whitsunday Peak, Scawfell Island, Nara Inlet and finally Airlie Beach …not a bad highlights reel.On behalf of the Staff Crew of Young Endeavour, it has been an absolute pleasure sailing with this diverse group of amazing young Australians. I know we say that a lot, but no truer words have been spoken (or written). We sincerely wish them every success in their future endeavours, whatever they may be. We hope their time on Young Endeavour encourages them to expand their horizons and seize the day. Until next time, wishing you all fair winds and following seas, Dion Curtis…out!

Thank you Tarvi, Kaeden and Matt for your narrative of today's events. Intentions are to remain at anchor in Hunters Bay, just off HMAS Penguin, home of the RAN Diving School, a place close to my heart, having spent many a day there under training as a young Officer! The plan is to weigh anchor and proceed to HMAS Waterhen, in Waverton, to pick up our Community Day Sailors from the Windgap Foundation and take them for a sail around the harbour for 3 hours. The Youth Crew will help us host our visitors and give them an experience of Young Endeavour. We will drop them back to Waverton and then proceed to anchor in the harbour where we will have a good view of the Bridge and the Opera House for the Youth Crew's last night onboard. Until tomorrow. Yours Aye, Captain Mike
