TWENTY FOUR YOUNG AUSTRALIANS JOINED YOUNG ENDEAVOUR FOR THEIR ADVENTURE UNDER SAIL. ONCE CLEAR OF PORT MELBOURNE THE SHIP MADE GROUND SOUTH TOWARDS PORT ARLINGTON. ON DECK EVERYONE SETTLED INTO THE PROGRAM WITH SHIP TOURS AND ICE BREAKERS BEFORE ENJOYING LUNCH. ONLY A FEW WERE FEELING THE EFFECTS OF THE SHIPS MOTION THOUGH ONCE AT ANCHOR ALL WERE BACK ON TRACK. BY MID AFTERNOON ALL YOUTH CREW HAND DONED A CLIMBING HARNESS AND HAD COMPLETED CLIMBING ALOFT FOR THE FIRST TIME. A FANTASTIC EFFORT AND OVERNIGHT A FEW EVEN CLIMBED FURTHER TO THE TOP GALLANT WHILST ON WATCH. THIS MORNING A FEW EARLY MORNING ACTIVITIES BEFORE THE FIRST SET OF ROPE RACES. EVERYONE SETTLING INTO THE SHIPBOARD ROUTINES ALL WELL.
