A FABULOUS TIME ASHORE AT BYRON BAY WITH ALL YOUTH CREW ENJOYING THE EXPANSE OF BEACH AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT A COASTAL TOWN. THE EASTERN POINT OF MAINLAND AUSTRALIA CERTAINLY PROVIDED BREATH TAKING VIEWS FOR ALL TO ENJOY.

ONCE ON DECK EVERYONE ENJOYED YOUNG ENDEAVOURS' FAMOUS 'TEAK DECK BBQ'. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THREE WAY TALKS PROVIDED ALL YOUTH CREW WITH A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK ON THE BEHALF OF A FELLOW SHIPMATE. THE NAVIGATOR PROVIDED AN ANCHOR BRIEF BEFORE CLOSING UP ON WATCH.

ALL YOUTH CREW STEP OUT OF THEIR NORMAL WATCH ROTATION AND KEEP AN HOURLY TRICK WITH TWO OTHER MEMBERS NOT FROM THEIR OWN WATCH. THIS ALLOWS FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH DIFFERENT YOUTH CREW.

WAKEY WAKEY AT 6.30AM THIS MORNING FOLLOWED SHORTLY AFTERWARDS BY A FEW STRETCHES BEFORE A QUICK DECK GAME. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR SAILED AWAY FROM THE ANCHORAGE AND MAKING GROUNG NORTH TO QUEENSLAND WATERS.

ALL WELL.
